    Do they need Eddie Sugar to license this? I think not. I think it comes down to ambition. Sugar doesn't appear to be found wanting in that department.

    Perhaps CKKs ambition just to license was determined by lack of financial muscle. Perhaps Sugar has shown them the way.

    Just putting it out there.
