The plant in Brisbane will have to operate 24hrs a day for nearly 13 months in order to produce enough proppant to frac one well. I honestly believe that the Brisbane plant is as they say, to ensure the scale ability of the product, ie: size,quality are maintained at production level.

In regard to going the whole hog them selves Dr, like most start ups I guess it's funding that's holding them back from going it alone.
