It's a clear case of racial vilification and one where the police should rightfully become involved. That being said, once the police become involved and seek to bring the offender to justice, it ceases to be an incident where Australia can be labelled as "systemically racist." The system will have sided with those targeted for vilification and in so doing upheld the rights of Aboriginal people to live without being subject to racially motivated abuse.
