Raising cash? No one said they need cash . When institutions are on the register, they hold much larger amount of shares than retailers, therefore when they buy these holdings on market, it serves two purposes 1. It drives the share price up and 2. It tightens the register. Having just retail investors on board. Flipping their shares at the whiff of a bad rumour or because they have no patience or foresight, doesn't do anything for share price.

I'm sorry, but if you think mum and dad investors can take this to $4, even overtime, with the financials to back it, you are so very mistaken
