Thanks for the link to a very interesting site. It looks like a variant of the student t-test ( a non-parametric statistical test)
- that probably does not help much to most people,
but from my quick read it looks like it is a prediction of share price volatility (see the 6 mnth data).
My guess is the bot controllers like to zero in on shares in a highly volatile phase.
