I bought 4 years ago at 6.9 cents and sold at 30, 22.5 and finally at 12. No news to justify this rise and will wait till it has a contract in the millions to rebuy. Contracts of $120000 etc are nothing so we wait for real news to consolidate the buying. It is a great story and I am a believer but need something more to rebuy.
