I have reviewed my option pricing formula. In the past it has been EDE SP + 3c + 10%. That was a good way of working out a buy price when the EDE SP was around the 5 to 7c mark. Now that the SP has gone over the 10c mark the conversion cost of 3c is a much smaller percentage and the leverage factor not so great, it has in fact been halved. My new formula is 1 EDE = 1 EDEO +3c + 5%
