Obviously, if one is using TAS as a proxy for holding EDE shares, the risk is that you don't hold those shares and have no control over them. If TAS requires cash in the future, for example for an expanded exploration program or for a development program, they may have to sell off some of the EDE holding. Similarly with any EDE dividends paid in the future (just a dream at this point in time), there's no guarantee that they get passed on directly to the shareholders.
