I would suggest that from here the main point of doubt is where the money is coming from for the deal and that is the reason for the market disinterest as we know the proverbial squared.. If as some believe (see Ozestock) they can pull off a miracle and get a big figure for the SOX platform and use that to fund the majority of the deal then TNY will be off for the next leg with bells on. If not.................??
