Cant help but think the Solomans are now very excited about Eden. Firstly they take there Eden debts in Eden shares at 1.4 cents per share and now a new rights issue for Tas. Guess what, the Solomans money is in Tasman and Tasman own more than 1.6 Eden shares for every share. At 1.4 cents, last sale Eden, that's over 2 cents per share and Edens price, 1.4 cents, is what they swapped debt for. The rights issue is a discount to that. In other words they are getting set in Eden through Tasman at a discount and getting options to boot. As I stated I think the Solomans are very bullish Eden!
