Cheers for the reply Marky. Actually I already sold my EDE but I do keep an eye on it just to see if they can ever commercialise what, at the time of my research, seemed like such promising prospects.

If I had researched a bit deeper into management and the questions I raised above I would have neve invested and it was the posting of similar info by another HC poster that lead me to sell. Like that info helped me make an investment decision that I felt was more informed, i hoped to help existing holders understand their stock better. I agree that the prospects of this company all sound exciting in their potential, and realisation of true value for gas assets alone should see a reasonable return but I have just seen management destroy great prospects so many times, especially at this end of the ASX. IMO it shows a distinct conflict of interest for EDE to be using I companies owned by directors for legal and consulting work. Add those amounts to director fees and it seems pretty exhorbitant for a company worth peanuts.
