Hi Esp...
I did post recently that in my opinion a look at EC for a protection wall at Stockton Beach (near Newcastle NSW, the beach is subject to being washed away and is threatening buildings - one a pre school....... could be of interest.) There is talk/action that the pre school must be moved.. One would think for Mil of $...............
This Stockton Beach is often in the news for this reason....
I may do some more research and try and speak to some one in authority.
