Years ago I used to show horses and cattle. It was always a problem to get them to drink "strange" water. Usually they were going from fresh river water to chlorinated town water. To get them to accept the water we took along molasses to add to the water. So maybe Dex needs a sweetener of sorts to encourage an investment. Such a sweetener could be letting him have a supply of Edencrete available for a trial.
