Think you mean a reference mix not a "standard mix" a standard mix is like asking how long is a piece of string , ie aggregates change between counties let alone countries - Korea comes to mind .

As to comparing with other mix designs , personally feel other manufacturers and EDE should just continue comparing to the reference mix as that becomes the bench mark for that county or country. Having multiple comparisons as benchmarks just confuses everyone , we have that situation with screw threads UNF BSF metric Witworth just a pain

As to the market not buying into the story , that is obvious and more a reflection of the Sales Dept at EDE than the product where testing has shown its credentials are superior to other products .

Maybe? but I think we should wait and see how sales progress here in Oz before coming to that conclusion?

I do believe that the US may change it's tardiness if other countries start buying in bulk?
