Easily less than a buck/gal .... relatively insignificant compared with the likely other costs.
Remember the reactors, pressurised temperature controlled chambers. The catalyst production reactors run continuously. Maybe its even more efficient than the proposed electricity generation electrolyzer. Food for thought. But if we know the yield as well as the cost of production of the hydrogen, we could guess the cost more accurately.
