Hi Rolling - perhaps you misinterpreted my post. I don't have any issue with the directors being obligated to the ASX listing rules nor being held accountable by its shareholders. My beef is how it is done via HC where people tend to overreact, make assumptions without possibly knowing all the facts and imply the directors are deceitful in their behaviour (eg. Entitlements to directors fee and options) and so on. I understand that some people may have been previously burnt with this stock but perhaps their expectations were not realistic. TAS and EDE have always been a high-risk speculative stock (no secrets here) subject to wider market forces. Hopefully EdenCrete will move them into blue ribbon stock territory. I'll leave it there - thanks!
