I am guessing that some of the first GDOT orders will be with concrete supplied by Augusta Ready Mix. Thats why they had the tanks installed there, and they already know how to use it. The GDOT engineers can now specify it if they think it will be economic over the life of the project. All the pieces are in place.
Once the ball starts rolling, I think it will gather momentum quickly.
