Yes it would, reinforcing bar is the gold standard today, something that I would dearly love to know is this new push by EdenCrete and Monash Uni for a complete replacement system for re-enforcing steel, one that uses another variation of CNT as the replacement, they are working on that right now, this could get bigger than "BEN HUR"
