You are assuming that at the time you pay off the options, the differential between EDE and EDEO will be greater than that? May be or not. If the differential is bigger, you gain and vice versa.
As for the TAS, it has been discussed many times on this forum. Apparently, it is highly undervalued. Please search through older posts.
