Yes, but the others all still have to take a trip to the cloud and back. Calculations are performed on the chip rather than the cloud but they still need a trip to the cloud. If you have a close look at their websites they say they work closely with cloud based AI.
They effectively access the information from the cloud and process it on chip.
Plus they do not have TENNS.
