This is B2B marketing.
The fact you haven't been on the receiving end of BRN's communications or other parts of their marketing mix isn't evidence that BRN is deficient at marketing; you're not a potential buyer.
So, BRN's marketing being invisible to you should be taken as a positive - they'd be clearly wasting our money if you felt fully informed.
