Is Edge a Private Company (as you suggest) or is it an unlisted Public Company. There are many unlisted public companies. My Super Fund has share in three Unlisted Public Companies. A Public Company does NOT have to be listed on disallowed. I am of the view that Edge is an unlisted Public Company as out has many shareholders (there is a provision in the Corporations Act).
