I assume TKM have been employed by Edge as they have director connections with BDC/Edge and have their own ground in the Pilbara. Probably just a way of keeping Edge's expenditure down by using a geo already in the area that the Edge board are familiar with.

Total consideration for the project acquisition is around $4mn with Edge shareholders to receive 2.12 new Trek shares for each Edge share held.

There you go folks. Whatever you have for edge multiply by 2.12 and that’ll be your Trek holdings. TKM currently at .083.
