You may want to try based market value at % of cost of BDC based on the ATO demerger documents. The auditor may find that price acceptable given demerger happened within last 12 months. Alternatively you can base it on market value of TKM offer consideration since closer to 30 June.
I think you should seek tax advice as I don't think you can transfer unlisted shares to yourself.
