Tank, even if you yourself were in a position to finance this whole operation by yourself, no amount of money can speed up the permitting process anyway, and then of course construction needs to take place.

I think many jumped into LPD riding the coat tails of Galaxy assuming a quick buck without a thorough understanding of the process involved of getting virgin Tech such as this off the ground, and on a shoestring budget mind you.

One can only assume Galaxy have a thorough understanding of what is involved, hence they continue to throw money and resources at it.
