Upgraded the valuation to $1.55/share of which 23c is for the TGP, $1.29 for DZP and 2c for the remaining Regis shares.
I would be happy with this low ball valuation compared to the current share price but I guess that as the DZP boxes get ticked one by one, the valuation and actual price will rise accordingly.
