Had the pleasure of speaking with the company recently, they were very happy to answer any questions i had without of course giving anything away that has not already been released but just got a few more details then what your able to pick up when reading an annoucement.
They have just got back from the UK and the US and said everything was on track and going to plan, i touched on what has already been said in annoucements/video presentations about future annoucements and they were happy to reiterate that there should be atleast 1 maybe 2 new partners signing prior to June 30.
We have some serious cashflow coming in this current quarter with $500,000 already received and more to come from milestone payments and upfront payments from new partners.
In regards to equity stakes, it is PYC's intentions to get partners to buy shares in PYC as part of the deal by the way of newly issued shares at a premium to current share price.
Things are moving along very nicely and he said they are flat out behind the scenes.
All sounds good to me and the above is my take on the conversation i had.
