Lets hope so Onshow NW is always very optimistic guidance was along way off the mark last year although i think 2012 should hopefully fall more inline. First year bang on second year fell short third year has to come back & follow the first :-)
I certainly hope any pharma taking an equity stake sometime in the future will be at a significant premium to market although i am always reminded that Karelis stake was meant to be transferred at a premium but actually went at a discount to market although a premium to the placement undertaken at the time.
