The thing that 'concerns' me in your feedback is that you say that guidance is now "1 maybe 2 new partners signing prior to June 30", whereas guidance for sometime has been 2 before 30 June.
This is how he started slipping last time. Said he'd deliver, then it became a possibility, then eventually it just did not arrive in the stated timeframe.
Mmmmm... I have faith they'll deliver eventually, but not enjoying the possible lack of delivery on guidance, notwithstanding it's not all under his control.
