Sorry about the double posting. I have been experimenting what goes wrong between writing the post and it arriving on line. It seems that the site will not accept quotation marks nor apostrophes. When I wrote the report last night I was careful to repeat the exact key phrases that I recorded at the meeting. To edit that would mean rewriting most of the passage and by now most will have got my impressions. I will avoid this approach in reporting on the IGO meeting.
