Almost a week later I'm still a completely bewildered how this has occurred... the sequence of events, the details, why those particular investment banks were mandated, why the somewhat limited quantum of capital was raised, what the contingency plans were (if any), who thought up the whole idea, who drove it, what concerns might have been raised and who might have raised them? And who is accountable for the result?
So many questions.
It is quite a bizarre situation.
PS. "With the gross proceeds of $95.8 million, the company has a secure 18 month runway, ..." the author appears to be making the rookie error of mixing up his A$ with his US$ denominations. I don't think he has realised that the most recent Appendix 4C Report was, for the first time, reported in US$ terms, the group's new functional currency.
