That is the one piece of free speech that keeps being dragged up for many quarters is the idea that there just has to be a CR.
Whilst I am getting closer to accepting that it may happen - in a previous post I said they would make it to at least March 2018, which isn’t that far fetched. Every week someone exercises their right to suggest it is coming on the next announcement.
