we will not see much of an increase in NTA for superllc as it will only be impaired due to CNPs negative equity
However, any increase in the other trusts or properties owned will add to our NTA.
As Defabs has said
Come the end of june, I think we will get some tasty increases in property valuations and Will probably start getting these impairments written back
