Scenarios:
1- I'll sell at 98c or thereabouts;
2- if management/shareholders reject the offer, and the TO party increases the bid, sp could go higher. If they walk away, we're back to square one.
3- if bid is successful, we may sell our shares or buy TO party shares. Our call.
