Only ~30 million shares have been traded since the high of 0.029. ~$600,000 .
That is a tiny amount of volume all things considered.
You must also factor in the EOFY selling that takes place before the end of June.
RC1 is still priced as a shell, and like most shells it's not the most liquid so exits and entries can impact the price.
