EDV had a broker upgrade its price target today so that probably contributed heavily to the rising SP.
I sold at a profit but were I still a holder, I'd be quite optimistic re Monday's half yearly report.
The heavily in debt Victorian Government shows no sign of publicly following NSW Premier's lead on cashless gaming cards introduction. That to me is a good sign for EDV.
