I do believe EDV's performance has room to improved and I do believe BMG as a 15% shareholder has the right motive/intention to do the company good. Also, encountering my personal experience, I do think the company's management style needs improvement. Media describes Mr Wavish's style as cut throat and demanding... I think the business needs fast pacing and I endorse it. Therefore I voted in for Mr Wavish. After all it is just a director in the board so electing him is not the end of the world for others. The business needs growth and it needs actively adapting to the market so we should keep our mind open. I am confident with my decision of voting him in.
