We will just have to wait and see what this MSAC deal brings to the table . Just seems a bit to opportunistic for my liking but I guess WP and the board will need to see and negotiate any offer MSAC put forth .The end result might mean Edwards or Medtronic’s could jump sooner rather than later fearing MSAC could possibly raise the capital to drive this to approval and onto the market GLTATH
