Yes I agree AVR needs a 1 billion dollar + MC to effectively get a big offer.. It’s not unheard of that aquisitions take place at 5 or 6 times the MC of the company being acquired . Using this as a example.
would mean a acquisition price for AVR would only be around the 1.5 billion dollar AUD mark as the current MC stands . WP has already stated he believes we are looking at a 5 Bilion dollar company in the not to distant future . This being the case Edwards / Medtronic’s would need to offer AVR around 25 times + it’s current MC in any acquisition offer for the board and WP to seriously look at it . It’s hard to see a offer like this being put forward at this point in time but once into the FDA trial things ( including AVRs MC ) should change rapidly IMO GLTATH
