BUT...
you try to over complicate reality...
forget about examples, go straight for the guts and evaluate real outcomes...

Think about the future revenue streams, (I posted them and explained in some detail of the basic understanding of why they mean little, even though the resource is large).....
and weigh up the risk and realise that AZZ has to hit the ground running without any mistakes, just to support its current value...
this company could hit the ground running (from here) and still the sp would fall...
tooo much risk...
