    "ASIC found that the decision by the board of Village Roadshow to
    suspend preference share dividends was permitted under the
    constitution of the company. ASIC's findings are supported by advice
    from senior counsel."

    VRLPA is paying NO dividends this year. See above, ASICS even has permitted it if you check the company announcements. VRL is paying no dividends this year, maybe they might pay VRLPA.

    You can hope and wait for a 3c dividend, but you are not getting one...
