Obviously a substantial sale like that of the Dixon's is likely to draw some questions on the SP itself.

My spin is that traders are taking advantage of this and forcing the SP down and more than likely causing a few stop loss trades to be activated.

Funny that on the days of the sale the SP finished close to the recent highs. I guess this could be taken a couple of ways.

I think however, that the best thing to do is not to over think it and don't sell into this as you will be playing into the traders hands. This Co is a hold at the very least until the merger is finalised with GOG.
