EEG buy?

ok so in the past 3 moths EEG has hit up to 0.024 while I think it is unlikely it will hit those highs again It recently hit 0.013 and proceeded to go to 0.014 this has been the first upwards move since August 26th which was 1 day shy of a month of me posting this. Anyway, previously when EEG hit lows of 0.013 and 0.014 the first time it went to 0.019 and the second it hit 0.022 therefore, making now a key time. While I am no professional I think this share could go up to 0.019. I have put in an order to buy at 0.014 and will probably sell at 0.016 or 0.017. I know this message is kind of long and remember I am no professional.
