EnviroStar Energy Limited (EEL) is pleased to announce that the
staged commissioning at the Stapylton site has now commenced.

The staged commissioning will start with the front end being the fuel
handling facility, followed by the steam turbine and generator, EEFBC
and Steam Generation section, emission control system and finally the
balance of the plant.

The staging of the commissioning is necessary as the major items of
some 100 tonnes each are progressively brought to site. There is
minor delay in the commissioning program but should not have an
impact on the targeted elate for revenue generation in the third
quarter of this year.

A pre-opening event will be held at the Stapylton site on Friday the
12th July 2000, between the hours of 12.30pm to 5pm.

The directors wish to extend the invitation to all the shareholders
to visit the site and view first hand the progress of the project.
