eer and abbot point t4-7 capacity allocation

I'm confidant EER will get abbot point capacity with Nobles backing.

So far seekers of capacity for abbot point T4-7 that i know of;

GUF 20mtpa
Waratah coal 30mtpa
MCC 10mtpa
BND 15mtpa

total 90mtpa, leaves 30mtpa for other users

other big miners not in the race for T4-7 with other allocation;
Adani Mining 90mtpa hay Point (Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal)
Hancock coal 60mtpa abbot point T3
BHP 60mtpa abbot point T2

EER with port allocation, rail allocation and MDL will make a 10 bagger from here surely.
