I picked up some today at 72c. I have noticed there is a rotation happening. Someone is getting out of REITs in a hurry. It happened to several REIT, such MGR, SGP, even WDC already. I don't think there is a big problem here, thinking SGP is a large shareholder in the company. They must keep the management honest.
Residential property price skyrocketing. It will push up FKP's valuation soon or late. Low gearing, no worries!
Let's forget about it over the weekend. It should be OK on Monday I think.
