    with dudgeon point and abbot point T4-7 having capacity of over 500mtpa by 2017, and waratah coal building rail for 400mtpa as stated in their EIS - EER don't have an issue mining 20mtpa capacity - these projects need the capacity to be viable.

    and Noble backing EER to production - alls good!!!
