Gents the reality is that some of the larger holders want to keep this below 10c to ensure that their larger holdings are not diluted by the excersice of the options. by exercising the options would add a futher 305m shares on the market - effectively diluting the share price by 20-30%. By capping the price at 10c the market eliminates this possibility.. I too cant believe that this isnt at 20c - perhaps tomorrow it will be a different story.
