Still have not got my head around the non-solicitation date and its possible (?) relationship to the IER report delay, and no update on IER timing re-set, which also makes me think something is happening behind the scenes. I'm sort of tempted to top up with a modest parcel. Certainly I would not expect a possible 3rd party bidder to reveal their hand until the IER is out which will provide the realistic value of the company
