After long-wait exploration license approved and speculations on First batch of rock chip assays released,I think we should start a new thread with solid fundamentals not only for new investors who are seeking opportunities from around 70 stocks in ASX lithium sector, but also for LT holders who lose confidence from last couple of months down trend.why EFE? Not other junior explorers? Here are the evidences

    1.location
pilbara in Western Australia is an area with approved source of lithium globally (PLS,AKE,MIN)and also Australia is always stable in economic and political conditions.(AVZ is waiting for court decision on distribution of interests because of Mali government.EUR and VRC is suffered from the Ukrainian and Russian conflicts)

    2.strategic partnership with Chinese giants
Chinese lithium sector was turning upwards since April 2022.Yongxing special material had ATH (doubled in last 2 months). Yahua which is the main suppliers for Tesla and BYD is still the top shareholders of EFE.hopefully further projects would be considered or fund injections into trigg hill or Taylor’s lookout would be taken place soon.fund raising during global economic recession always tough to be expected.however Yahua and Yongxing as strong backup of EFE’s long term partnership would help us minimize the negative impacts from a weak capital market.furthermore,Yahua and yongxing have Chinese government support on tradition from tradition petrol car into electric and greener car industries.the national operational power from Chinese government is more reliable than western countries which might take longer to transit to green industry.especially Yongxing have mature technology to extract lithium from lepidolite which is a more efficient and cost effective way to production compared to spodumene.

    3.fantastic BOD and geologist
Myles Fang as a new director contributed a lot on building connections with Chinese partners.except for desperate waiting on EL and assays results which were out of his control.he did everything promised to shareholders.mark calderwood who is a consultant of EFE wrote the bookegmatites of Western Australia.he also lead another junior explorer (Alliance minerals) into production and only took 18 months.

this video will show you how reliable Mark was

    4.outstanding assay results
although the 2.28% Li2o was under my expectation,I still believe the decent result from rock chip samples is only the beginning of the journey to production.most of successful miners confirmed resources after drilling.last couple of years hype on high grade of rock chip samples had gone. Third quarter of this year we should get the answer we are expecting.

    finger crossed and DYOR
